ABOUT

Simon is a UK based freelance photographer working in both artistic and commercial fields. He specialises in Portrait photography and Unit Stills.

Early on in his career Simon was lucky enough to assist legendary photographer Jaap Buitendijk on the set of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows part 2 at Leavesden Studios. Working at "The Stillery" to produce Specials for poster campaigns, it was here that his passion grew for unit photography. Continuing his journey into film stills, Simon recently completed a course with current Bond photographer Nicola Dove.  His film stills profile is now listed on Nicola's Film Stills Directory. 

Part of Simon's formative years was spent working as an assistant to photographer Greg Williams on films including Casino Royale and Quantum Of Solace. A time which culminated in helping to shoot behind the scenes at BAFTAS, and photographing unit stills for Greg's first short film with actor Tom Hardy.
